What year did you start CrossFitting?

2012

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

For me starting CrossFit was a family affair. Originally my grandmother tried it first through a family friend of ours. After that she got my dad into CrossFit who eventually got me into CrossFit. After that I just really fell in love with it, and with how fitness and CrossFit helps make our lives easier to live and more functional.

Why did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer because I wanted to help people. Before I found CrossFit I was just one of those girls who would go to the gym and be lost, but once I found CrossFit it helped me learn what I really wanted to about fitness. I want to be able to help people find their way with fitness like how I found mine, and what better way to do that than through training and helping other people.

What’s your favorite CrossFit movement?

Toes to Bar

What is your favorite cheat food?

Ice Cream

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Captain America, because he is the ultimate solider, but is also kind at the same time.

What year did you start CrossFitting?

2010

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

Always tried to stay active with running and aerobics, but I was at a plateau. I then began looking for a way to tone up and improve my score on the Army Physical Fitness Test. Fell in love with CrossFit and the results immediately.

Why did you become a trainer?

I wanted to properly share this awesome sport I found with everyone around me.?

Whats your favorite CrossFit Movement?

Haha! This shouldn’t be so hard! Let’s just say I don’t cringe when I see power cleans or double unders. Lol!

What is your favorite cheat food?

Waffles! Seabrook Waffle Company to be exact 🙂

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?

Wonder Woman of course! Girl power 😉
