CrossFit is a program for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and their life. In the CrossFit program we do functional fitness so it helps not only with how you feel but also how you live your life outside of the gym. It will help you with everyday activities like carrying groceries and keeping up with your children. During the program we will perform many different movements such as squats, pull-ups, snatches, clean and jerks, running and many more.
