Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class
During your introduction we’ll get a better sense of what you’re looking for, explain CrossFit, how we train and put you through a CrossFit workout with one of our coaches. Afterward, we’ll talk about what membership options work best for you.
Step #2 – CrossFit Beginners Course
We believe that the quality of your movement will be the foundation to your results in the gym. Because of this, we require all new athletes to attend our 4 class CrossFit Beginners Course. Each of these will be held in a 1-on-1 setting, where we’ll teach you the foundational movements found in CrossFit as give us a chance to learn about any pre-existing injuries, mobility issues, or anything else that we can work on to help make your fitness journey more successful.
