     Our clean, well maintained                         equipment includes:  
  • Concept 2 rowers
  • Assault air bikes
  • wall balls, kettlebells, dumbells, jump ropes, ab mats, ropes GHD machines, 
  • 12 inch, 20, 24, and 30 inch Rogue boxes
  • Rogue barbells and plates
  • Rogue sleds
  • tires of various sizes




 
    Various items to aid in athlete
     mobility including:
  • resistance bands
  • yoga blocks
  • lacrosse balls/ tennis balls
  • voodoo floss
  • crossover symmetry cords
  • yoga mats
  • a variety of foam rollers





   
    Box amenities include:
  • complimentary towels
  • water for our athletes
  • popsicles (seasonally)
  • Rx/FitAid drinks available for purchase
  • refrigerator and microwave for athlete use
  • We have a bathroom equipped with a shower for athlete use.
