  • What is the difference between CrossFit and Bootcamp Classes?
CrossFit classes typically consist of a warmup, a weightlifting or skill component, and a cardio workout (usually called a MetCon or a WOD). These elements all contain body weight exercises like push ups and squats as well as barbell movements (cleans, thrusters, snatches, presses and squats). We utilize other pieces of equipment like a pull up bar, rowers, air bikes, wall balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, and jump ropes.

Bootcamp classes typically have a warm up and a longer cardio workout. They use less barbell and more of the other equipment.
